KEN WYTSMA

I love history and finding fresh ways to explain complex ideas while highlighting unique intersections between creativity, theology & culture, and wine history. If I’m not writing about the above, you will likely find me in Oregon wine country or traveling to some of my favorite places rich in history – as travel is always the best teacher.

Author. Coach. Wine Educator. Creative.

Ken is an entrepreneur and thought-leader. He is the founder of The Justice Conference, which has reached over thirty thousand people across eleven countries with a message on a theology of justice and God’s call to give our lives away.

Ken is also the author of Pursuing Justice, The Grand Paradox, Create vs. Copy, Redeeming How We TalkThe Myth of Equality, which was named as one of the Top-Five Religion Books of 2017 by Publishers Weekly.

Ken spends his time writing, speaking, and consulting. He is also the founder of This Day in Wine History and Wine History Tours, which takes him to wine regions around the world meeting amazing people and diving deeper into the inexhaustible story of history and culture.

Ken lives in Pinot Noir country—Newberg, Oregon— with his wife, Tamara, and their four daughters.
