Micah Bournes, one of Antioch’s interns from last summer, is heading back up from Long Beach, CA.
I’m really looking forward to having him around for the next year and seeing all the cool things that will come of it!

One of the reasons I believe in the intern ministry is that I believe in the next generation. These interns have such a heart for God, such a love for people, such a thirst for adventure and such an amazing set of gifts and talents – I can’t think of a better investment!

The Antioch Internship began last week.
Amanda Wingers is from Wisconsin and is a recent graduate of Taylor University. She is one of 6 year-long interns who will be joining Antioch over the next two months in addition to the 19 summer-only interns who arrive June 1!!
Amanda is an art major and photographer who recently spent three months working in Uganda. She will be working with Antioch in the area of justice, missions and with World Relief NEXT.

Matt Smith and Brandon Reynolds left this morning for Chicago. They’re up there for a series of meetings related to the Antioch Summer Internship Ministry.

The Antioch Internship is kicking back off!!
This Thursday, Brandon Reynolds, Justin Lavik and Grace Laxson head to So. Cal to visit Biola University, Azusa Pacific University, Cal Baptist, Vanguard and a couple other schools as part of our internship recruiting process.
Next up, Matt Smith and Brandon head to Moody, Wheaton and Trinity in Chicago.
We’re already up to around 10 applicants and haven’t even begun promotion yet!! If you have a cousin, friend, niece or nephew and want them to be in the intern program, you better have them get their application in soon. We anticipate having to narrow around 50 applicants down to a summer crew of 20.
