I’m married to Tamara, have 4 daughters (Mary Joy, Esther, Sara and Ashlin) and live in Bend, Oregon. I love anything of historical value – books or documentaries, am forever intrigued by the history and development of ideas and think that it would be great if more people could read the classics and primary sources.
I’m passionate about what church was meant to be and the possibility of seeing it become a reality.
I love sunsets, cool clouds, big trees, movies with Denzel Washington and warm summer nights.
What I love most of all, however, is deep conversation with the important people in my life on topics that matter – God, authenticity, education, human rights, ministry, community, old books and the biblical view of justice, happiness and true spirituality.
