One of the differences between good friends and just regular acquaintances is seen in the area of encouragement.
I’ve never thought about this before, but in the last two days it has jumped out at me.
Good friends seem to have a knack for when to encourage you and how to encourage you. I think it’s probably what we mean by saying friends are “there” for you.
Yesterday another photographer encouraged Tamara with her photography in a way that was so deep and meaningful that it changed her whole outlook and confidence levels.
Today, I had one of my staff people at Antioch thank me for giving her the opportunity to be a part of the church – they were such kind words as she knows that I should be thanking her!!
So I’m praising God today for good friends and how they seem to always get it right and know just how to keep us going!!
