We had our second “History Book Club” meeting last Thursday and it was a blast :)
Nothing like a bunch of history geeks over-analyzing things… it’s truly the highlight of my month!
Our next book is Methodism: Empire of the Spirit by David Hempton.
The book details the rise of the Methodist movement out of the Great Awakening through the efforts of John Wesley.
I’ve been dying to read it so I hope its good!
