Makes me remember what it was like when Antioch was first being planted… lots of excitement… lots of memories… and very little sleep :)
I’ve loved being a church planter… it’s one of the few experiences where a whole community gets to not only do ministry, but be a part of building a ministry.
We met a group of the nicest people from Minnesota last night while out for a walk. They were here to help support the opening of Mission Church. They’re from the Pastor’s home town north of the twin cities. It was fun visiting with them. They certainly have a heart to support and pray for the ministry in Bend, which is just so humbling and awesome. :)
I’ll stick with Antioch, thanks :)
