I met with Pastor Tim Kizziar yesterday to plan out a joint Good Friday Service that Antioch is going to do in conjunction with Sisters Community Church.
It was a rewarding and creative time — when two dreamers get together it’s always fun!!
Reflecting back, I am amazed at how God seems to be finding partner churches for Antioch to connect with. It’s not always the case… there’s often a competitive or distant vibe between churches and Bend is no exception.
Luckily, however, God seems to keep orchestrating meetings and random encounters with other pastors and churches who share our heart and kingdom values.
If this is only the beginning, I can’t wait to see what it could look like in a couple of years.
