We’re buying plane tickets today for the five people going to Uganda in June and the four people going to Georgia for a conference in May. That’s a lot of frequent flyer miles on our United Miles Credit Card!! It’s fun to see things moving forward :)

I’m pretty fired up to see what kind of creative juices flow when they are in Georgia that will change how we do things!! Tamara and I are headed out for the next three days to a conference at Skamania Lodge in Washington. I’ll be out of the blogosphere for a while while I’m trying to rest and relax :)
I’m learning that there are certain words and concepts that I don’t like and , therefore, shy away from. Among them are marketing and small groups. This is not a good thing… The biggest mistake I’ve made in the launch of Antioch is underemphasizing small groups (whatever name they are given). People need to connect.
I’m looking forward to our second “Supper Club” dinner tonight. We meet with five other couples once a month for dinner and a chance to connect. Once a month is a lot easier than a regular small group and the dinner allows us to rotate homes so that we really begin to know each other
