The Antioch Way is what we’ve come to call our ministry expression. With the understanding that all things are for the glory of God, we commit to pursue all that we do with excellence, creativity, and passion. And in a submissive posture with regard to vision and planning such that we position ourselves to follow God rather than move ahead of him. Accordingly, we treat everything, no matter how common, as if it says something about God and something about us as a church, understanding each of our endeavors as a reflection of our desire for God’s glory in all things.
When our values of Creativity, Excellence and Passion intersect with our commitments that’s how we do ministry. That’s the Antioch Way and I hope you see it present in everything we do.
