I start a 24 hour trek home tomorrow at 5:15 a.m. I’m looking forward to being home with the girls. In the meantime, here are two pictures of the Acropolis (one of the coolest places on earth for someone who loves history!)
It’s low tourist season (the pools are empty and restaurants and many tourist shops are closed) so we’re getting great deals on hotels. Here’s somewhere I’d like to return some day – the Aegean Sea on the southwestern coast of Anatolia outside of Izmer and near the ancient port city of Ephesus.
