I Get to Read

I Get to Read

So I’m not preaching this Sunday. Brandon Groza is stepping in and giving a lesson on the “heart” as an introduction to the focus we’ll have for several months.

Anyway, when I don’t have to teach on the weekend I look forward to reading. There’s something about having to teach that makes reading history and philosophy books not as much fun. It’s like a guilty “I shouldn’t be reading this right now” feeling.

Not this week… this week I get to read about Francis Schaeffer and a new history of Philosophy overview that I picked up without feeling guilty – and I’m loving it!!
